Meet The Founder 

I am a woman, just like you. We share the common roles of mother, sister, friend, wife, cousin, aunt, niece, godmother, daughter, co-worker, leader, dreamer, doer, believer, educated woman, member of sororities and other organizations, and volunteer. Undoubtedly, there are many more roles that I have not listed. Over the years, I have worn many hats, but I have made it my personal goal to find time to focus on myself, my passion, and my purpose in life. As I began to discover who I am, I realized that there are countless women around the world who share my experiences. Women who work tirelessly from 9-5, and then from 5-9, give of themselves to ensure that others have the resources they need to be successful and well in life.

Throughout my life, I have witnessed successful women who go above and beyond their daily jobs to make a difference in the lives of others. These women do not seek recognition for their efforts; they give and serve because it is their purpose and passion in life. They see this as a way of fulfilling their life purpose.

I am one of these women. I work every day, but I also have a passion and a life purpose that drives me. I want more than just my 9-5 job. I want to create a platform where women can come together, share their successes, their businesses, their organizations, and their life stories with one another. I envision an event that celebrates women and acknowledges their contributions to the sisterhood of women everywhere. I want to create a platform where women can be mentored and provided with resources that can help them move beyond their past and focus on rebuilding their future.

I asked God to reveal to me the ideal form of this organization, the manner in which it should be constructed, and the means by which it should be disseminated to others. In response, I was bestowed with She ROCKS It-Celebrating Women Who ROCK! I was overcome with astonishment, for I had requested an entity that would encompass all women, and indeed, I was granted SHE. I yearned for a representation of the unwavering fortitude and influence of women within their families, workplaces, and communities, and I was bestowed with ROCKS. I sought to embody the entirety of our endeavors, and I was granted IT, which encompasses all that we touch, all that we do, and all that we strive to achieve. The final aspect of my desire was to celebrate women, which gave rise to She ROCKS It-Celebrating Women Who ROCK.

God revealed to me a day of celebration, wherein women would assemble with joyous countenances, eager to forge new connections with fellow women. They would be adorned in elegant and spirited attire, representing their unique selves in the most dignified manner.  God showed me venues exuding an atmosphere of distinction, warmth, and hospitality, and instructed me to provide them with an unforgettable experience. This inspiration led me to organize an annual awards Gala, wherein we celebrate the essence of SHE, as well as establish a nonprofit organization named S.H.E Inc., a 501c3 entity that offers workshops, mentorship programs, and volunteer opportunities for women.

I express my gratitude for the existence of my SHE brands, namely She ROCKS It, S.H.E Inc., SRI PerSOULnal, and She ROCKS It Magazine. Additionally, I extend my appreciation for the inclusion of the I AM SHE Facebook Group, which encompasses National I AM Day. Among my signature events are the Celebrating Women Who ROCK Gala, the National I AM SHE DAY EXPO, the Girlfriend Gathering, which presents an evening of feminine camaraderie infused with empowerment, and The She Lounge Experience, an occasion for engaging conversations. I am delighted that you have taken the time to peruse this information, and I hope it provides you with a glimpse into the essence and endeavors of SHE.
