Step 2: Last Digit of Your Phone Number – Pick an Activity
- 0: Write in a journal for 10 minutes.
- 1: Take a 15-minute meditation break.
- 2: Go for a 30-minute walk.
- 3: Try a new recipe or cook a healthy meal.
- 4: Take a bubble bath or a long shower.
- 5: Read a book or listen to a podcast.
- 6: Call or video chat with a friend or family member.
- 7: Practice yoga or stretching exercises.
- 8: Create a vision board or do some creative art.
- 9: Dance to your favorite music for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Age Group – Add a Weekly Challenge
- 21-31: Try something new every week (a new hobby, activity, or place).
